Willie Green purchased this TVR in 2005 and carried out some comprehensive work ‚Äď Gearbox Top Loader Fully overhauled / large stub axles / new wishbones / floor strengthening etc etc………..all of course to comply with FIA Regulations.
My friend who is a prominent racing figure and a long time friend for over 30 years Jackie Cochrane purchased this TVR in early 2016 and his intentions were to race the car, but his circumstances have changed. The engine build by Peter Knight is the latest highest specification and cost Jackie over ¬£30,000!¬† All steel with forge pistons.¬† I have the engine data sheet from Peter Knight, if needed.
This TVR has covered ONLY test mileage since the engine rebuild.

I also contacted the TVR Griffith V8 / Tuscan V8 Historian in the USA ( Marshall Moore ) to research this car and he found the following – ‚Äú200/GB/5014 – I have consulted the factory build records that I have and it shows this particular car, produced in RHD configuration with the original paint color of Silver Grey. It shows a build date of 10 Feb. 1965. Shows „Ford V8/4727cc. The only other information offered in the records was the original dealer to which the car was sent to in the UK and it is listed as Viking Motors.‚ÄĚ
